What we collect

When you book a locksmith, request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), your suburb or street address, the service you need and anything you write in your message.

If you use the emergency page form because you can't talk on the phone, we also keep what you told us has happened and your mobile number, so we can get back to you.

When you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can do the job.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote, book and carry out the work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. That can include a text or email after a job asking how we went.

We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you have agreed to it.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the services that run this website for us: website hosting, our content system and database, email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks form submissions are from a person and not a bot. These providers only handle your details to provide that service.

We only share your details with anyone else when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to calls and enquiries. These tools use cookies and collect information about your device and how you use the site, not your name. The map on our site is provided by Google Maps.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we keep it safe

Enquiry details are stored in a secured system that only our staff can access. We keep them for as long as we need them for the job and our business records, then delete them.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, contact us first and we will work to fix it. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
