Good to know
One key per person, cut to fit the building
Every lock gets its own key. Groups of locks also open to a master key, and a grand master opens all of them. You decide who carries which.
Take a strata block. Each owner’s key opens their own unit and the shared entry. The building manager’s master opens the plant room, the bin store and the car park gate. The strata corporation holds the grand master. Nobody carries a ring of twenty keys, and nobody can open a door that isn’t theirs.
Lost track of who has a spare?
That’s usually the sign. A master key system earns its keep once more than a few people need different doors. Strata blocks, offices, warehouses, schools, clinics and shops all fit.
Restricted key systems we supply
We supply high-security restricted master key systems:
- Kaba Expert Plus
- Kaba Pextra
- Kaba GEGE
- Lockwood Secure Six
Kaba GEGE is a self-changing cylinder system. Ask us which system suits your site.
Homes as well as businesses
We set up master key systems for homes too. Moved into a place and don’t know who still has keys? We rekey the locks or fit a master key system so you can keep track of your keys.
Setting one up
- We map the doors with you. We work out which keys open which doors, and leave room for the doors you add later.
- We fit the locks and hand over the keys.
